Admission Information

Target applicants:
Those interested in the integration and application of innovative information technology, information systems, data analytics, as well as management issues and industrial applications related to information technology. The department encourages cross-disciplinary integration and application of information innovation and technology management, and welcomes applicants from various disciplines.
Selection test method and weighting

※Principle of Reuse:
  1. Cross-group transfer is allowed if there are vacancies in any group
  2. If there are still vacancies after the transfer of selection quotas, they may be transferred to make up for admission through the entrance examination. The principles of transfer are as follows:

    Vacancies in the Technology Innovation Group during the selection process will be given priority for transfer to supplement the Entrance Examination Technology Innovation Group. However, before the transfer, the quotas that have been transferred from the Technology Innovation Group to the Information Application Group during the selection process must first be returned to the Technology Innovation Group. Then, the transfer will be made in accordance with the principles of the Entrance Examination.

    Vacancies in the Information Application Group during the selection process will be given priority for transfer to supplement the Entrance Examination Information Application Group. However, before the transfer, the quotas that have been transferred from the Information Application Group to the Technology Innovation Group during the selection process must first be returned to the Information Application Group. Then, the transfer will be made in accordance with the principles of the Entrance Examination.

※Flow Principle:
  1. Each group must wait until all the wait-listed candidates for that group have been exhausted before transferring to another group.
  2. If there are still vacancies after the screening test, they can be filled in the current admission through the exam. The flow principle is as follows:
    The vacancies in the screening test for the Science and Technology Innovation Group are prioritized to be filled in by the candidates on the wait-list for the exam’s Science and Technology Innovation Group. However, before transferring, the quotas that have been transferred from the screening test to the Information Application Group should be returned to the Science and Technology Innovation Group, and then the transfer principle of the exam should be followed for filling in vacancies.
